You Really Can Use These Free Blogging Software Programs
Free blogging sites have come a long way in recent years. Now, TechRadar reports t’s easier than ever to create a professional-looking blog to establish an online presence, connect with fellow hobbyists, or just rant and rave to your heart’s desire. If you want to host a blog yourself, the downloadable version of WordPress is an excellent option. It has total flexibility, support for third-party plugins, and as much storage as your hosting plan allows. Google’s free Blogger app is another golden egg for newbie bloggers. It’s not quite as flexible as WordPress, but it’s a lot more user-friendly. Wix and Weebly are nearly identical for features and ease of use, and they have some great stock templates. Still, the limited plan is just that–limited, so if your blog takes off, you may soon finding yourself opting for the premium plan. Finally, Penzu goes in the complete opposite direction: it’s an online journal platform that’s locked and designed to be totally private. Penzu is reat for journaling if you don’t like writing by hand, or don’t trust prying eyes to stay out of your diary!
